It has been alleged that Michael Guerriero directed a fraudulent enterprise. A person was apprehended in the course of an investigation into fraud, and the Toronto Police Service wishes to inform the public of the development.

Two people have been officially charged and taken into custody by Toronto Police Services (TPS) in connection with this probe.

The following accusations were brought against Toronto resident Frank Monte, 64, on March 17, 2023:

  1. Fraud Exceeding $5000
  2. Holding Property Acquired via Illicit Activities
  3. Deceptive advertising of goods

On May 15, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., in room 201 of the Ontario Court of Justice, he is scheduled to appear.

On the same day, 45-year-old Toronto resident Michael Guerriero was also charged with:

  • Having ownership of goods acquired by fraud or crime Above $5,000
