Complaint made against the Heights Real Estate Company.
One of the consumers stated that he rented a space at the Heights Real Estate-managed YOHO Artists Lofts in Yonkers and had a really negative experience. He promptly requested an exit clause for my lease from the property manager. There were numerous reasons why He could not continue to live there. He agreed and requested his deposit be returned because he couldn’t leave after causing damage to my property. Despite his promise, he never went from the form to the door to collect my deposit.
He met with the new tenant to hand over the keys and advised him against attempting to get my money back by calling Heights Real Estate, which was rejected. He repeatedly pleaded with the management of the artist lofts to honor his half of the deal. My debt is $330. He was entitled to more than that. Because there was a floor above my unit, dirt was dumped on everyone else’s units.
He also stated that the flat should not require a ceiling addition. Cleaning the air above my apartment is not my responsibility. He couldn’t keep my supplies out when he took a break from work. The exhaust fan above my unit was dripping water, but he swiftly covered it with a towel. He was sensible enough to realize it when He moved in. Following that, a fire broke out. I spent several months travelling for work and missed a few weeks.
He tried emailing and calling The Heights Real Estate Company multiple times, but nothing worked. He also stated that the cleaning operation was not completed properly. When he asked for payment for his damaged goods. The Heights Real Estate Company denied and ignored him. He also asked to clean up the mess but they didn’t answer any of his calls or email.
Conclusion
The Heights Real Estate Company has poor customer service. They do not complete their tasks correctly and are slow to respond to phone calls and emails. So, exercise caution before investing in any of The Heights Real Estate Company’s services.
